		<description>I agree Bud, but at the same time I feel older people often misinterpret what I see as typical injuries of an active person at any age as the effects of aging.

The truth is, almost all people no matter how old have an injury or two as a result of physical activity and while older people do have to make considerations for age limitations, they may not be as great as the person perceives.</description>

I think what separates the yo yo exercisers from the more consistent exercisers is that the consistent exercisers recover more quickly from falling off the wagon. Maybe, it&#039;s just that they reset expectations.

Also, overtraining is insidious and can sneak up on you. One real issue with overtraining is recognizing how your body changes with age. Most older people engaging in exercise are doing so to avoid the effects of aging, so they can be somewhat blind to the fact that they in fact have to alter their expectations.</description>
