For the record, we did not do body fat at the start, but your guess is probably accurate. Ten weeks in working with you, I was at 17.5%. I&#039;m pretty sure I had a bit more fat on me when we started.

Get a few more of these. They give a great picture of your interactions with you clients. I won&#039;t call people out in public, but you know the prime suspects.

A small technical note: Your use of the block quote for my words was right, but it only seems to have covered one paragraph. I know I could fix that in html. Maybe there&#039;s a way in WordPress by highlight the whole text or something.</description>
