Creating Healthy Meal Plans Starts at The Grocery Store
In the brief video below, you get a snapshot of one of my favorite health books: On Target Living by Chris Johnson. Chris basically taught me 80% of what I know about health, fitness, and personal training. I was in my early 20′s when I did an internship with Chris. Thankfully, he showed me an entirely different approach to health and fitness that allowed me to get fitness results while being healthy at the same time (instead of using pills or unnecessary supplements).
Although it’s been a long time since I’ve even seen Chris, I’ve never forgotten the things he taught me. The video is a little tough to hear, but he is basically taking some folks through the grocery store and educating them on making healthy choices.
