Recommended Workouts & Training Programs
The following is a list of the fitness resources I have either researched or used myself to get fitness results. As you may already know, I am very obsessive so I have a tendency to “over research” or “exhaust all options” so there’s really no use in you doing the same thing over again. You should check out some of these and consider using the methods they suggest to achieve the fitness results you want, you never know what you may learn from one or all of these resources.
In order to get fitness results, the two things you need to focus are: 1) knowing your goal 2) creating a plan to achieve your goal
I don’t recommend products without reviewing them first, and honestly most products both on and offline are ridiculous. I tend to shy away from ‘celebrity’ endorsed products or things that claim to deliver miracle-like instant results. If you follow the instructions given by these resources, you will achieve the fitness results you are looking for.

The book is very extensive, but if you read even a portion of what he recommends, it will help you create a more effective nutrition and workout regimen by giving you a broader understanding of the various factors that affect weight loss, muscle gain, and burning fat.
