Setting goals, tracking progress, and having a plan are all crucial to getting fitness results. In my experience as a trainer, I’ve noticed one of the biggest challenges my clients face is streamlining their various fitness goals into a schedule that makes sense and works with their other obligations and commitments.

If you would like me to work with you via email and create a monthly calendar for you, simply fill out the form below. Once you do, you’ll be sent a confirmation email and a Paypal link for payment. Once payment is made, you’ll receive some emails from me asking about your goals, your schedule, and your challenges. Based on what we discuss, I will send you a link to a google calendar that has your monthly workout routine and details as to what you should do each day.
