Sports Performance Training Exercise — Lateral Bounding

Velocity Sports Performance is a fitness franchise focused on sports specific training. They have locations all over the U.S. including one in nearby Canton. I think they also have a satellite site in Ann Arbor. In this video, one of the fitness directors demonstrates the proper form and technique for lateral bounding.

Lateral bounding is a basic explosive movement that can be applied when training for almost any sport. Try it out and report back on what you find.
