The Truth About Manwich: NOT part of a Healthy Meal Plan
By JesR on May 7, 2010 in Healthy Meal Plans
I just witnessed a crime greater than all the lies in all the courtrooms all over the USA. I saw a commercial, a Manwich commercial, that proclaimed Manwich had a full serving of ‘wholesome’ vegetables in every serving. THAT IS DISGUSTING. I am seriously getting nauseous just thinking about it.
Let’s review what’s actually in a CAN of Manwich.

So what are the main ingredients in a can of Manwich? Tomato puree (water, tomato paste), high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, and corn syrup. So where are the vegetables? I guess they are referring to tomato paste? What a crock! Sure, the commercial might be cute, but I hold to my position that this is one of the biggest loads of crap I have ever seen.
